SMOOTH 105 ONLINE is jointly owned and operated by our parent companies Digi Enabled Media Group a for-profit company and Digi Enabled Organization a non-profit agency. Both entities exist as two equal departments of our Digi Enabled Broadcast Network.

SMOOTH 105 ONLINE is an all-volunteer, listener-supported, Internet-based community radio station where listeners expect to hear major 70s through 2000s Urban Adult Contemporary branded varietal music. Musical selections are drawn from soulful love songs, blues, funk, smooth jazz, and a limited supply of current R&B hits. Along with varietal music, expect to hear culturally relevant talk shows, local news, podcasts on hot civic, social, political, and behavioral issues interspersed between public affairs events, activities and programs. SMOOTH 105 broadcasts 24/7/365 from its modest studio facility in tiny Bloomfield, New Mexico.
SMOOTH 105 ONLINE targets select small and mid-sized urban markets primarily in underserved metropolitan population centers of the United States. SMOOTH 105' ONLINE's vision is to become the leading Black-owned broadcast media enterprise operating Internet radio stations and providing diverse programming and content to marginalized urban markets.

SMOOTH 105 ONLINE develops customized public involvement programs that identify the needs of the community we serve. We're sensitive to the demographics of the affected community. Through public meeting forums, focus groups, mail-outs, social media, talk radio, and blogs, we proactively initiate ways to contact and inform people. Our approach is to create sustainable positive relationships that promote trust and focus participation on decisions and solutions rather than on conducting participation activities because they are required. This approach allows clients to partner with their target audience to explore the best approach to effectively constructively addressing the most challenging issues emphasizing individualized context-sensitive solutions.

Our newsroom is here for you with reliable, up-to-the-minute coverage of noteworthy communications, notifications, and updates of local and worldwide events. A well planned public information initiative leads to community improvements that meet community needs and desires, provide greater acceptance, promote a sense of community, and enhance public credibility and trust. This type of reporting depends heavily on your engagement and support. We're using this "road map" to fulfill our mission.

SMOOTH 105 ONLINE is not your typical Internet community radio station, but multiple stations packed into one platform. We use "edutainment" to entertain, inform, engage and involve our local community in Four Corners public affairs and public information initiatives. Our stated mission is to break down barriers to communication and to offer local people a chance to do something practical about unemployment, skills training, education and social isolation. With established studios and training facilities at our resource center, we're able to develop our own ideas about how to meet community needs.
